Select the "Network"
tab 'Your e-mail address is' box: yourname@yourdomainname POP3 host: mail.yourdomainname User name: your user name (or user name of
a mail box) Password: POP3 password SMTP Host: mail.yourdomainname
Select the "Advanced
network configuration options" button.
Make sure that the "Delete mail from host
once successfully retrieved" box is
checked, and then click "OK"
